- Provide short-term, solution-focused EAP counseling
- Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations
- Support clients through workplace stress and anxiety
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation promptly
- Coordinate with ComPsych’s clinical processes for continuity Requirements:
- Master's degree in behavioral health or related field
- Minimum of 3 years post-master's clinical experience
- Highest-level professional accreditation or registration
- Active skilled liability insurance coverage
