YEG Xpanded is a rapid-growing property management company in Edmonton. We help landlords rent and manage their properties with professional support and powerful systems.

We’re hiring a motivated, high-energy Independent Sales Agent (ISA) to handle landlord calls and help grow our portfolio of rental properties across the Edmonton area.

Who Should Apply?

We are only reviewing applicants with proven sales experience. This is a mandatory requirement.

This role is best suited for someone who is:

- Energetic and people-focused
- Confident communicating with landlords by phone
- Comfortable using technology and digital communication tools
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Available Monday to Friday during the day

Schedule The ISA will primarily handle landlord calls Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Compensation

- Commission only; there is no salary from the start
- Compensation is performance-based
- Commission details and applicable commission splits will be provided to shortlisted candidates invited to interview
- Candidates must review and approve the commission splits before confirming their interview
- There is no cap on earning potential; income is tied directly to performance

Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing landlord calls
- Call, email, and message leads to qualify them and book meetings




- Conduct virtual consultations and explain our property management services
- Follow up with landlord leads
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in our CRM
- Work toward lead conversion and sales targets
- Represent YEG Xpanded professionally when communicating with prospective landlords

Requirements

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have proven sales experience
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms
- Qualified, self-driven, and goal-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Must complete 4 hours of onboarding/training prior to handling live leads

Interview Process Shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview.

Before booking an interview, shortlisted candidates will receive the applicable commission schedule and commission splits for review. Candidates must review and approve the commission splits before confirming their interview.

Candidates must also accept their calendar invitation once an interview has been scheduled.
