Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Industrial Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance work on the plant’s equipment and infrastructure. Responsabilities - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and building systems, including mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems.
- Assist in identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical issues.
- Analyze and recommend improvements to optimize material resources and infrastructure.
- Develop and improve maintenance management using maintenance management software.
- Provide technical support to various departments.
- Participate in and contribute to the development of a safe work environment.
- Ensure that equipment requiring calibration is kept up to date.
- Occasionally provide technical support to the powder production facility.
Qualifications - Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in industrial maintenance or electromechanics, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to apply technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Robust ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical problems.
- Good judgment and ability to take initiative.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, is considered an asset. Work Conditions - Day shift, 40 hours per week
