You will be responsible for the full operation of our Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 106 5-color press. You will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of quality, efficiency, and performance during the evening shift.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, set up, and operate the Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 106 5-color press.Calibrate inks, dampening system, and mechanical adjustments according to job specifications.Supervise the feeder operator and coordinate the press team.Continuously monitor print quality and make adjustments during production.Diagnose and quickly resolve technical issues.Perform basic preventive maintenance and keep the press in good operating condition.Strictly follow safety standards and internal procedures.RequirementsSignificant experience as an Offset Press Operator,
