You will work hand-in-hand with management to translate financial insights into strategic decisions, overseeing the health of our operations while playing a critical role in running the day-to-day business.What you will doMaintain robust accounting records; implement internal controls and budgeting processes; ensure compliancewith GAAP; deliver timely, insightful management reporting.Direct accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.Oversee payroll management,



including salary/benefits/deductions compliance; collaborate with HR; reconcile payroll accounts; implement best practices for payroll reporting and controls.Recommend and implement improvements to financial reporting accuracy and effectiveness.Manage relationships with external third-party advisors (auditors, technology consultants, ERP advisors).Oversee financial systems implementations and upgrades.Lead cashflow forecasting and liquidity management; align forecasts with business objectives and financial targets.Stay current on regulations, accounting standards, and cashflow best practices; implement processimprovements (budgeting, forecasting, cost control, decision support) to improve profitability and cash flow.Manage and grow the Accounting team through coaching and performance management.Approve, monitor, and control company expenditures; manage allocations aligned with business priorities.Oversee HR administration (records, onboarding/offboarding, compliance).Oversee day-to-day office operations.Additional duties may be assigned as neededThis description reflects the general nature and level of work.
