Our exclusive client, a leading organization in the healthcare and regulated manufacturing sector, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise level IT and business initiatives.Location:London, ONWork Model:In-office (potential for a 4-day in-office, 1-day remote hybrid schedule in the future)Salary:$80,000 – $100,000Key ResponsibilitiesLead multiple IT and business projects through the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and project close-out.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project documentation to ensure successful delivery.Work closely with business leaders, technical teams, operational stakeholders, and external vendors to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring projects remain on track and aligned with business goals.Facilitate project meetings, status updates, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to drive decision-making and maintain project momentum.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues and implementing contingency plans when required.Coordinate and optimize resources across cross-functional teams, balancing priorities and ensuring effective utilization of personnel and project resources.Apply PMI best practices and project management methodologies, utilizing Agile, Waterfall,



or hybrid approaches based on project requirements.Monitor project performance through established KPIs and metrics, providing regular status reports and executive-level updates on progress, risks, and key decisions.Manage project change requests and ensure appropriate governance, approvals, and documentation are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Foster solid stakeholder relationships through effective communication, collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution.Support business process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, standardize practices, and improve project outcomes.Conduct project close-out activities, including lessons learned sessions, documentation reviews, and transition planning to ensure sustainable project success.Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and project management excellence across the organization.QualificationsPostsecondary degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.PMP certification (or equivalent) required.5+ years of experience managing enterprise-level, cross-functional projects.Strong knowledge of PMI methodologies, project governance, and change management.Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with process mapping (BPMN, SIPOC, Swim-Lane diagrams).Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, packaging, or other regulated industries.#J-18808-Ljbffr
