This is an excellent opportunity for skilled operators looking for stable, full-time work with a strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent position.The successful candidates will be responsible for safely operating heavy equipment, supporting site operations, and following all company safety procedures and site requirements.ResponsibilitiesSafely operate heavy equipment as assignedPerform daily equipment inspections and report any defects or maintenance concernsLoad, move, stockpile, and handle materials as requiredFollow site procedures, safety policies, and instructions from supervisorsMaintain a clean and safe work areaWork safely around other heavy equipment, vehicles,



and personnelComplete required documentation and equipment checklistsAssist with general site duties when requiredFollow all applicable occupational health and safety regulationsRequirementsPrevious experience of atleast 2-3 years operating heavy equipment in an industrial, mining, construction, aggregate, or similar environmentDemonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipmentValid Class 5 driver's licence or equivalent, where requiredWHMIS 2015Additional site-specific safety orientations and training may be requiredStrong safety awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environmentAbility to work extended 12-hour shiftsReliable transportation to and from the worksiteAbility to pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test, if requiredWhat We Offer$37.00 per hourFull-time hours with 12-hour shiftsImmediate startStrong possibility of permanent employmentOpportunity to gain valuable experience in an industrial/mining environmentOngoing support from the staffing teamImportantThis position requires a strong commitment to workplace safety.
