As Lead In-Room Dining Server, you are the voice, guide, and first point of contact for every guest, while also acting as a key quality control presence within the team. You ensure every interaction, order, and delivery reflects precision, consistency, and the highest level of service.Calm, attentive, and highly observant, you understand that exceptional service begins the moment a guest engages with you. As a mentor, you guide and develop team members in real time, reinforcing best practices, building confidence, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.Start Date:June 2026Contract Type:Full-TimePay Rate:$17 per hourKey ResponsibilitiesReceive and manage In-Room Dining (IRD) orders with professionalism, warmth, and precisionGuide guests through menus, offering thoughtful recommendations and pairingsTranslate guest needs into well-paced,accurateservice executionCommunicate VIPs, dietary restrictions, and special requests to kitchen and beverage teamsSupport curated breakfast journeys, elevated private dining,
