Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Support Specialist, located in our Markham, Ontario office with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot user issues, and maintain desktop computers and IT systems. You will assist via help desk support and work closely with teams to ensure smooth and efficient technology operations.
Additionally,
you will be responsible for diagnosing problems, implementing solutions, and ensuring that technology tools and systems meet organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support processes
- Strong Troubleshooting skills and experience with resolving IT-related issues
- Familiarity with Desktop Computers and Information Technology systems
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in office and remote tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) are a plus
