- You’d be joining our Infrastructure team within the Platform Engineering division

- We’re building an AI-native platform for our internal developers, over 150 of them, guided by a single question: does this shorten the time from idea to value, for the teams building on our platform and for the customers they ultimately serve?

- The smooth path is the safe, fast path, because the platform makes it the default. We build the route that maximizes AI acceleration

- Design, build, and evolve our cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS) as code, using Terraform to keep every environment reproducible and legible to both engineers and agents

- Build CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) with guardrails that make agentic releases protected by default

- Manage and scale multi-region Kubernetes clusters

- Maintain and evolve Helm charts and deployment workflows as reusable

- Strengthen observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting, feeding signal back into AI-assisted remediation and define clear alert ownership

- Harden infrastructure security, image scanning, policy-as-code, network segmentation, and firewall configuration





- Partner closely with product engineering teams to support their infrastructure needs

- Enable developers and agents to deploy and manage services independently

- Participate in the on-call rotation
