We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Advisor specializing in Home, Auto, and Commercial Insurance to join our energetic team. Duties

- Engage with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts, retail sales environments, telemarketing campaigns, and community outreach initiatives.
- Analyze clients’ insurance needs by assessing their personal or business situations to recommend tailored Home, Auto, and Commercial insurance policies.
- Conduct bilingual or multilingual consultations (including Spanish) to effectively communicate coverage options and policy benefits.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients while nurturing ongoing relationships through excellent customer service.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing quotes, policy applications, renewals, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.




- Negotiate coverage terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while meeting company sales targets.
- Utilize analysis skills to evaluate market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to optimize sales approaches.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or insurance sales roles with a focus on customer engagement.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex insurance concepts in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual proficiency preferred).
- Demonstrated negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients while aligning with company policies.
- Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and market opportunities.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales administration processes related to insurance products.
- Customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients protect their assets through tailored insurance solutions.
- Ability to work independently within a team environment while managing multiple client interactions efficiently.

Experience

- Home and Auto Insurance: 1 year (required)
- Commercial Insurance: 1 year (preferred)
