We are looking for a Senior Integration Architect with strong IBM ACE (App Connect Enterprise) expertise to lead enterprise integration architecture and delivery across complex environments. The role requires strong technical leadership, client-facing communication, and experience working across global onshore-offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the architecture and design of enterprise integration solutions using IBM ACE.
· Define integration architecture, patterns, standards, and best practices.
· Engage directly with clients and senior stakeholders to understand requirements and shape scalable solutions.
· Provide technical leadership across integration design, development, troubleshooting, and delivery governance.
· Lead and collaborate with global onshore/offshore engineering teams.
· Drive integration modernization across APIs, messaging, and enterprise applications.
Must-Have:
·
15+ years of IT experience with strong Integration Architecture experience.
·
Expert-level IBM ACE / IBM App Connect Enterprise (IIB) experience – Mandatory.
·
Strong hands-on understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, REST/SOAP, messaging, and middleware.
·
Proven experience in client-facing architecture and stakeholder management.
·
Solid technical leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
·
Experience working in global onshore-offshore delivery models.
Good to Have:
· Apigee, MuleSoft, and AWS
.
· API Management, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture.
· AWS/Azure integration services and cloud modernization.
· Containerization and modern integration platforms.
· Insurance or Financial Services domain experience.
