What You'll Do

- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support:
- Commercial intrusion alarm systems
- Access control systems
- CCTV and video surveillance systems
- Configure and troubleshoot network-connected devices and infrastructure
- Perform diagnostics and maintenance on critical security systems
- Provide technical support and service to clients
- Deliver end-user training on installed systems
- Travel to customer sites throughout British Columbia and occasionally across Canada

Required Qualifications

- Experience with commercial alarm, access control, CCTV, or related electronic security systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of networking concepts and hardware




- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn new technologies independently
- Comfortable working in industrial, construction, and corporate environments
- Valid TQ designation/license for British Columbia
- Ability to pass local, provincial, and federal security background checks

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of electronics and simple circuit design
- Experience configuring network switches and IP-based devices
- Experience with software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Visio, and AutoCAD
- Experience providing customer training and technical support
