LOCATION

Located approximately 100 kilometres east of Toronto, NHH is a vibrant community hospital delivering a broad range of acute, post-acute, outpatient and diagnostic services. Directly serving a growing population of more than 60,000 residents spread across a mix of urban and rural settings, NHH directly employs approximately 750 people and relies on the additional support provided by a highly engaged and supportive network of physicians, midwives, and volunteers.

ROLE OVERVIEW The Integration Analytics and Performance Lead plays a key role in advancing integrated population health analytics, performance measurement,



and decision-support across the Northumberland Ontario Health Team (OHT-N).

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining a trusted, integrated analytics environment that enables consistent data, standardized indicators, and actionable insights. The position supports clinical, operational, and system-level decision-making by transforming complex health data into clear, meaningful information that informs quality improvement, population health management, and service planning.

Working across the OHT environments, the role ensures alignment of data definitions, integration of reporting systems, performance dashboards, digital solutions and development of scalable tools that support a coordinated approach to performance measurement and population health analytics.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Health Sciences, Data Analytics, Health Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Health, Health Informatics, Health Administration, Data Science) considered an asset.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in health system planning, digital health, data analytics, or quality improvement within the Ontario healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated experience working with health system performance data, analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
- Experience supporting health system transformation initiatives or cross-organizational projects.

ASSETS

- Experience working with Ontario Health Teams or integrated care initiatives.
- Familiarity with Ontario Health data sources and provincial performance indicators.
- Experience supporting digital health implementation or health system transformation initiatives.




- Certification or training in quality improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Knowledge of health data governance and privacy legislation.
- Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).
- Experience engaging patients, caregivers, or community partners in co-design processes.

PHYSICAL EFFORT AND WORKING CONDITIONS Primarily office and hybrid-based, requiring prolonged computer use, sitting, and participation in virtual and in-person meetings. Occasional travel to OHT partner and community locations is required. The role involves managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with occasional flexibility in working hours to support meetings and events.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS Successful applicants are required provide a satisfactory vulnerable sector criminal reference check, that was complete less than one year from the date of hire.

This requirement must be met within the first sixty (60) days of employment.

Additionally, to the above, successful applicants are also required to complete the Health Care Worker Health review process which includes providing an up-to-date immunization record to ensure compliance with the Ontario Hospital Association Communicable Diseases Surveillance Protocols within the first thirty (30) days of employment. Northumberland Hills Hospital operates a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all staff.
