Role :Integration Lead

Location: Calgary, AB

Key Responsibilities

Role Purpose: Own integration design and delivery across enterprise systems and platforms.

Experience

10–15+ years in enterprise integration with experience leading integration teams.

Core Responsibilities

- Define integration patterns, data contracts, and governance standards.
- Lead delivery of system to system and event driven integrations.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure reliable end to end data flows.
- Ensure monitoring, error handling, and resilience across integrations.
- Mentor integration engineers and review implementation quality.

Required Skills

- Experience with enterprise integration technologies including Kafka, APIs, and middleware platforms.
- Understanding of SAP and other enterprise system integrations.
- Robust knowledge of integration architectures, APIs, and messaging technologies.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

- Integration stability, reduced failures, successful end to end testing.
