Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching drywall, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
- Execute interior and exterior painting projects using brushes, rollers, spray equipment, and power tools with precision and efficiency
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately follow project specifications
- Perform restoration work including caulking, drywall repairs, and surface preparation for seamless finishes
- Utilize rigging and scaffolding safely when working at heights or on elevated surfaces
- Manage time effectively to complete projects within scheduled deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship




- Communicate clearly with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are understood and met

Qualifications

- Proven construction experience with a focus on painting, drywall installation, or restoration projects
- Skilled in handling hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and other relevant equipment
- Knowledge of construction painting techniques for residential, commercial, and industrial environments
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and schematics for accurate project execution
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to rigging, scaffolding, and the use of power tools
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
