We are a full-service insurance agency specializing in Commercial, Life, Home and Car Insurance (including all the fun products such as ATVs, Snowmobiles, RVs, Motorcycles, Boats and more!). We are growing our team through this addition, as such, this role will require the chosen candidate to exercise the right behaviours that will allow them to achieve an uncapped earning opportunity through a combination of base-salary and unlimited commissions. You will accomplish this through your "grow a business, within the business" mindset, along with your ability to nurture and grow relationships with clients. If you speak a second language, awesome!It 's not a requirement to haveyour insurance licenses to apply, the right individual is more significant to me.
