Join a culture that fosters collaboration, an environment for skill development and a rewarding career.Position SummaryThe Tool Maker is responsible for manufacturing, assembling, repairing, and maintaining precision tools, dies, fixtures, gauges, and holding devices used within the manufacturing process. This role supports production and maintenance operations through precision machining, troubleshooting, and tooling improvements while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The Tool Maker works closely with Engineering, Production, and Maintenance teams to support operational efficiency, tooling reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.About YouWork independently and as part of a teamMake decisions based on measurable information and technical specificationsFollow instructions and maintain precise tolerancesSafely operate lift trucks, hoists, and power toolsLift material and stand for extended periods while working with heavy machineryEducation & ExperienceEducation:High school diploma requiredCompletion of Tool & Die (C of Q)Successful completion of apprenticeshipExperience:Minimum 3 years as a Tool Maker or Maintenance experience within a manufacturing environmentKnowledgeKnowledge of tool making, machining, and manufacturing processesUnderstanding of blueprint reading,
