The Role
As a Secondary Teaching Specialist, you could be:
- Teaching across KS3 and KS4
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Planning and preparing lessons where required
- Supporting pupils to make progress
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom workplace
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively
- Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Adapting learning to meet individual needs
- Supporting pupils to achieve their academic and personal potential
- Working closely with schools to support pupil development
