Some remote community travel may be necessary throughout the seasonsAbout The RoleAs Project Lead, Regionalization, you will manage and oversee the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of key initiatives to continue the regionalization of programs, services, functions and resources of the region. You will deliver a set of strategic and operational priorities of regionalization including structures, policy and process frameworks and operational infrastructure. You will be responsible for the discovery, initiation, planning, executing, monitoring and control, and closing of assigned projects, to deliver the expected benefits and results on time and on budget.Additionally, you will direct and coordinate with the regional table, communities and other stakeholders in a complex environment, collaborating with the VPRO, Regional Executive Director and Regional Directors to define project scopes and objectives,



identify required skills and resources for project teams, and develop detailed work plans related to regionalization.
