WE’RE HIRING – SHIFT SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a strong and responsible Shift Supervisor who can lead by example and help maintain excellent restaurant operations.

Responsibilities include:

- Lead employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed correctly
- Manage customer service and drive-thru performance
- Assign tasks and supervise team productivity
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety and Burger King standards
- Handle operational issues during the shift
- Support training and development of employees
- Communicate clearly with restaurant management

Candidate profile:

- Reliable, punctual and accountable
- Leadership mentality and strong work ethic
- Able to stay organized under pressure
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
- Restaurant supervisory experience preferred
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
