Inventory Coordinator – Manage Inventory, Orders, and Stock Operations

Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily inventory activities and maintain accurate stock records
- Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment requirements
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming products and materials
- Prepare and process inventory transfers, orders, and adjustments
- Track shipments, deliveries, and stock movements
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and help resolve issues




- Maintain accurate inventory databases, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, warehouse staff, and internal teams
- Assist with regular inventory counts and audits
- Prepare inventory reports and provide updates to management
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory control and operational efficiency

Qualifications

- Previous experience in inventory coordination, stock control, warehouse administration, purchasing, or operations is an asset
- Robust organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, and inventory management systems
- Strong problem-solving and record-keeping abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
