We are looking for an IT Support Analyst for a full time permanent engagement. Role is hybrid in Downtown Toronto.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide timely technical support through helpdesk tickets, email, phone, and in-person requests.

- Support users across multiple domestic and international offices, including remote support.

- Troubleshoot, configure, maintain, repair, and deploy

Mac and Windows computers, mobile devices, printers, phones, and peripherals

.

- Provide technical support and training for macOS, Windows, and business applications

.

- Administer end-user accounts using

Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace/G Suite

.

- Troubleshoot

Wi-Fi, LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN

, and other network connectivity issues.

- Set up, track, and troubleshoot desk phones and related connectivity.

- Diagnose technical issues and determine when escalation to other IT teams or business stakeholders is required.

- Support Windows Server technologies and virtualized environments.

- Maintain strong documentation and follow established IT service and support procedures.

Qualifications

- College diploma,



university degree in IT, or

1–2 years of relevant IT support experience

.

- Strong hands-on experience supporting

Windows and macOS environments.

- Knowledge of

Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace

.

- Understanding of networking concepts including

TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN, Wi-Fi, and LAN

.

- Knowledge of

Windows Server technologies

.

- Familiarity with

VMware and virtualization.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset.

- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with IT and business teams.
