Duties

- Follow provided processes for both project requests and infrastructure-related projects to ensure consistency, efficiency, and timely delivery, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Coordinate the implementation of IT infrastructure solutions.

- Investigate, analyze, and coordinate IT changes required to support organizational restructuring, department name changes, and movement of programs, services, or personnel. Projects may involve Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft file system security environments.

- Lead consultations and facilitate stakeholder meetings.

- Confirm and/or create business requirements, functional specifications, and technical requirements.

- Schedule, organize, and lead project status meetings and other meetings as required.

- Create project documentation and associated planning documents.

- Provide oversight and coordination to ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, deliverables, and schedules, while meeting client expectations and adhering to cybersecurity, operational standards, and established processes.

- Provide status reporting on all projects, communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders, and maintain project documentation within designated collaboration and document management platforms.

- Utilize project management methodologies and governance tools to manage resources and stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective project delivery and achievement of business objectives.

- Leverage AI tools to enhance human capabilities while ensuring ethical, secure, and practical applications that maintain appropriate human oversight, privacy, and security controls.

- Provide tracking and reporting of time and status on all assigned work.

- Document technical recommendations and provide technical advice and guidance to management,



operations teams, and project stakeholders.

- Ensure change management processes are followed.

- Make recommendations to project team members regarding issues, risks, and client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on proof-of-concept initiatives and limited production rollouts.

- Provide quality assurance and quality control support for production implementations.

- Communicate operational guidelines and policies to clients and stakeholders.

- Apply and interpret operational guidelines to support effective business operations.

- Review current service and technology requests from business areas, assess operational impacts, and provide recommendations for remediation where required.

Equipment Requirements

- Resources are encouraged to provide their own equipment; organizational equipment may be provided if necessary.

- Resources must provide their own computer and related equipment. The operating system must be a current version of Windows or macOS that supports Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and related remote access software. Windows is preferred due to broader compatibility. Required remote access software will be installed on the resource's device.

- Resources will primarily work remotely. The contractor is responsible for providing all required equipment, including computers, software, printers, supplies, desks, and chairs. The client will provide the necessary system access and credentials.

Working Hours

- Standard hours of work are 8:15 AM to 4:30 PM (Mountain Time), Monday through Friday, excluding recognized statutory holidays.

- Work must be performed from within Canada due to network and data security requirements.

- The role is expected to be primarily remote. Should onsite meetings be required, travel, relocation, commuting, accommodation, and meal expenses will not be reimbursed.
