As a Float Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), you will provide adaptable, quality patient care by stepping into various clinical environments as needed. On any given shift, you will seamlessly integrate into different care teams, rapidly assess changing unit priorities, and support diverse patient populations across rehabilitation, complex continuing care, or reactivation settings.ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and evaluate nursing care for patients and families within RPN scope of practice using a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach.Apply current theoretical knowledge, research, and clinical team input to plan and implement care.Actively participate in inter‑professional care planning forums, clinical rounds, and family conferences.Provide guidance and mentorship to RPN students and new staff members on the unit.Participate in professional, program, and hospital‑wide initiatives, remaining committed to continuous professional development.Maintain a strong commitment to patient safety by complying with all hospital plans, policies,
