We are seeking an experienced and driven Vice President of Business Development to work directly alongside the CEO and help lead the company’s next stage of growth.This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who understands the mining industry, thrives in a deal‑driven environment, and can build strong relationships across the sector — from major mining companies to investors, First Nations partners, and international stakeholders.About the RoleReporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of Business Development will play a key role in expanding the company’s strategic partnerships, advancing project development opportunities, and supporting financing initiatives across multiple divisions, including:Critical Metals DivisionIron Ore DivisionGold DivisionLithium, Tantalum, Cesium & Beryllium DivisionThe successful candidate will work closely with the company’s board of directors, its finance and technical and executive teams to identify and secure new joint venture opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and support the advancement of the company’s growing international network, including Japanese partners.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and negotiate strategic partnerships and joint venturesBuild relationships with major, mid‑tier, and junior mining companiesSupport capital raising and investor outreach initiativesWork closely with First Nations groups, prospectors, mine finance companies,
