Special Projects PM role:

- Extensive civil construction and municipal infrastructure experience, particularly underground utilities, deep servicing, earthworks and rehabilitation projects
- Manage projects generally ranging from $7M to $50M from estimating and preconstruction through execution and closeout
- Lead complex, time-sensitive and high-risk projects that fall outside standard operational delivery
- Strong knowledge of water, sanitary, stormwater, deep excavation, shoring, bypass pumping and existing utility interfaces
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, procurement strategies and construction methodologies
- Manage clients, consultants, municipalities, subcontractors, suppliers and internal field teams
- Review contracts, drawings and specifications and manage RFIs, change orders, claims and commercial risks
- Support estimating, tender submissions, scope development and project handover
- Coordinate permits,



environmental requirements, traffic accommodation and regulatory approvals
- Lead emergency infrastructure response, including rapid mobilization and repair planning
- Strong field presence with the ability to resolve construction issues and make timely decisions
- Maintain accountability for safety, quality, schedule, cost and client satisfaction
- Mentor project coordinators and junior project managers and support operational planning across multiple projects
- PMP or similar project-management training is preferred
- Alberta municipal infrastructure experience and established industry relationships would be a strong asset
