The Fit4Less Host position focuses on delivering friendly customer interactions and maintaining high cleanliness standards. In this role, you will assist members with their inquiries and promote various membership options. Your commitment to customer service will enhance the overall experience for both members and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure daily cleanliness in the gym area
• Welcome members and educate them about services
• Promote membership packages, including black card options
• Complete required reports and training tasks
• Address customer service-related concerns promptly
Requirements:
• High School diploma or actively pursuing it
• 1 year of experience in teamwork or volunteer roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• WHMIS certification is a plus
• Ability to manage stress effectively
