• Ensure advocacy for individuals’ rights and choices • Coordinate participation in community social and volunteer activities • Build positive relationships with families and team members • Document the Individual Service Plan effectively • Maintain accurate records of client activities
Requirements: • Grade 12 education and Community Support Worker Diploma • 2+ years in social services or healthcare experience • Current Emergency First Aid/CPR certification • Valid BC Driver’s License and reliable vehicle • Criminal record check clearance for vulnerable individuals
