Reporting to the Director of Care, your responsibilities as a Health Care Aide will enhance the lives of residents by assisting with daily living tasks and ensuring comfort and dignity in every situation. You'll engage with residents and their families, adhere to best practices, and contribute to a supportive atmosphere at Riverside Manor, known for its commitment to person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with essential daily activities
• Document care and respond to resident requests




• Support palliative care and end-of-life dignity
• Help organize recreational activities for residents
• Ensure nutritional needs and documentation are met
Requirements:
• Completion of a Health Care Aide program
• Current registration with relevant health colleges
• Previous care experience is an asset
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Successful Police Information Check
