Execute the Global Compensation monthly and quarterly financial reporting process for FY2026 Identify and execute efficiencies and automation in Global Compensation financial reporting processes Update Global Compensation standard operating procedures and other documentation Support financial reporting, analysis, planning, forecasting, and performance management for employee benefit and compensation programs Contribute to governance, internal controls, documentation, and audit-ready evidence across monthly and quarterly Finance processes Identify opportunities to improve templates, documentation, automation, and process efficiency while maintaining data integrity and control effectiveness Work with experienced colleagues and participate in the TD student community Attend leadership talks, Lunch and Learns, training, and networking activities Requirements

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business/Commerce or related field Intent to return to school at the end of the work term Enrolled or planning to pursue a CPA designation, or committed to a career in Finance Transformation Financial acumen and orientation toward curiosity, innovation, and problem-solving Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, Microsoft PowerPoint,



and Microsoft Word Detailed-oriented and quick to apply new concepts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at various seniority levels Ability to build effective collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and business partners Ability to operate as a working lead on assigned initiatives High standards for quality and accuracy Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities Proactive, highly motivated, and able to work independently and in a team environment Employees must reside in Canada, where the role is located Demonstrates solid financial acumen and proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and planning, with a focus on process efficiency and automation.
