Intact offers guaranteed income for life via defined benefit pension plan.About the roleSenior Product Manager – Product Ops LeadWe're looking for a highly experienced Product Operations Lead with excellent ability to coach leaders and teams within a product-oriented operating model.The mission will be to empower cross-functional squads and mentor Product Owners through coaching, shadowing, and sharing industry best practices, driving transformation toward a scalable, product-centric culture across all business units.What you'll doPeopleShadow POs and provide practical guidance and real‐time feedbackCoach them on core product skills: discovery, hypothesis‐driven prioritization, stakeholder engagement, storytelling, outcome definitionAct as a trusted partner and sounding board for Product Owners navigating changesDevelop a training curriculum for product ownersContribute to community of practice and implement a PO shadowing program across the organizationProcess & PracticesDefine and reinforce product operating model practices from continuous discovery to delivery and impact reviewClarify roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities across the product lifecycleCollaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data to create outcome‐focused discovery and delivery modelsEstablish prioritization frameworks (e.G., RICE, WSJF), portfolio visibility,
