THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated jewellery student, recent graduate, or early-career professional to join our sales team. You will receive practical training while gaining experience in diamond sales, luxury client service, business development, and online marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcome clients and support showroom consultations
- Present diamonds, engagement rings, and bespoke jewellery
- Follow up with clients and maintain accurate CRM records
- Assist with quotations, appointments, and order coordination
- Develop relationships with wedding professionals, hotels, creators, and local businesses
- Support social media, website content, events,



and digital marketing

WHO SHOULD APPLY We welcome current students seeking an internship or field placement, as well as graduates in Gemology, Jewellery, Marketing, Business, or related programs.

The ideal candidate is

- Interested in diamonds, jewellery, sales, and client relationships
- Confident, professional, organized, and dependable
- Comfortable communicating with clients and following up
- Proactive and fast to learn in an entrepreneurial environment

Jewellery, retail, sales, customer service, or marketing experience is an asset but not required. Mandarin or another additional language is also an asset. Strong performers may have the opportunity to continue in a permanent sales or growth role.
