Interlock Mechanical Services Ltd. is currently seeking a skilled and experienced FSR-B Journeyman Electrician and Apprentice Electrician to join our dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Journeyman

- Lead and manage electrical installations for both commercial and residential projects from inception to completion
- Supervise, mentor, and support apprentices and junior electricians to ensure secure, high-quality workmanship
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
- Accurately interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Ensure all work complies with the BC Electrical Code and relevant safety standards
- Conduct quality control checks and provide troubleshooting during and post-installation
- Lead by example, consistently demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and strong leadership

What We’re Looking For

Journeyman

- Valid FSR-B Certification and Red Seal Journeyman Electrician ticket (required)
- A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work




- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a strong asset
- Solid understanding of commercial tenant improvements and new residential construction
- Strong troubleshooting and independent problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality result

Apprentice:
- Apprentice Electricians (preferably 2nd, 3rd or 4th year)
- Experience in commercial and/or residential construction is an asset
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Honest, reliable, and motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
- A desire to learn, grow, and eventually lead teams and manage projects

Pay: $25.00-$47.00 per hour
