We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Residential Journeyman Electrician to join our team. Much of the work is new home construction in the upper to high end market. There is a good variety of work including, service upgrades, wiring pools, hottubs, saunas, Gemstone Lights, Home Automation and more.
Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in residential settings, including wiring, lighting, outlets, and electrical panels.
- Perform inspections and maintenance on existing electrical systems to ensure compliance with local electrical codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical documents.
- Install and repair lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, outlets, and other electrical devices in homes.
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license.
- Strong understanding of local electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Knowledge of installing and troubleshooting wiring, circuits, breakers, and lighting in residential properties.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
