Techni-Craft Equipment Services is growing, and we're looking for a Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join our team in the Lower Mainland of BC.

For over 30 years, Techni-Craft has provided HVAC/R and commercial food equipment service and installation to some of the biggest names in the convenience store and restaurant industry — including 7-Eleven, Chevron, Starbucks, Cactus Club, McDonald's, and Circle K. We've grown from 5 employees to 30+, and we're proud that many of our team describe Techni-Craft as their extended family.

What You'll Do

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems — walk-in coolers/freezers, condensing units, ice machines, and related equipment
- Respond quickly and efficiently to service calls
- Complete preventative maintenance and installation work
- Maintain accurate work orders and an organized parts inventory on your service vehicle
- Deliver professional, courteous service directly to customers
- Support fellow technicians on service and installation

What You Bring

- Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic ticket (Red Seal) or 5+ years of hands-on commercial refrigeration experience
- Valid ODP/refrigerant handling certification
- Electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with commercial food equipment service an asset
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varied outdoor/indoor conditions
- Valid Class 5 license with a clean driving record




- Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written English)
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours service
- Open to occasional day trips or longer-term out-of-town projects

Job Type: Full-time, permanent Wage: $48.00-$55.00 per hour

Schedule: Mon–Fri + on-call rotation
