Responsibilities

- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Support project management activities within Agile frameworks, ensuring timely delivery of analytics solutions aligned with project goals.
- Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Contribute to the design and optimization of databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure quality standards are met during data solution development.
- Utilize programming languages such as R, Python, VBA, or Bash (Unix shell) for data manipulation, automation,



and advanced analysis tasks.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong data analysis skills with experience working with SQL databases like Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
- Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI for creating compelling dashboards.
- Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies to support iterative development processes.
- Familiarity with SDLC principles to ensure structured development and deployment of analytics solutions.
- Experience with programming languages including R, Python, VBA, or Bash (Unix shell) for data processing tasks.
- Understanding of database design concepts and business analysis techniques to gather requirements effectively.
- Ability to work with Visio for process mapping and documentation purposes.
- Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities in analytics projects.
