Duties
- Assist with reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution
- Perform basic carpentry tasks such as framing, trim installation, and woodwork assembly using hand tools and power tools
- Support concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work to ensure structural integrity
- Conduct heavy lifting and material handling safely on-site while adhering to safety protocols
Requirements
- Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Demonstrated interest or experience in carpentry or woodworking; construction experience is highly valued
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety standards on-site
- Excellent teamwork skills and willingness to learn from experienced tradespeople
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation preferred but not mandatory
