The successful candidate will work with students grades K- 6 through Math Plus Junior program on improving their French and English reading, writing, and mathematics skills as per needed.

:

· Conduct an initial assessment for the students (frequent assessment afterwards)

· Tailor lesson plans to address their needs

· Establish a good rapport with the students

· Work with the student on improving their organizational and time management skills





· Work in close cooperation with the director and parents to address any behaviour issues that may affect the child's learning

Qualifications

- Working towards a High School diploma in French or FI stream (grads 11-12)
- Bilingual is a must
- 1-2 year of experience working with primary-junior students is preferable
- Local candidates only please (Sarnia-Lambton)
- Flexibility to work in person or online with students
- Self motivated and can work in a group
- Leadership skills

Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
