For over 40 years, the Mansour Group and its divisions have grown and evolved to meet the diverse needs of its customers, as well as the needs of the Northern Ontario Mining and International Industrial sectors.
We are seeking a motivated Junior Human Resources Coordinator to support the Human Resources and Health & Safety functions across the Mansour Group and its divisions. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career HR skilled looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, training coordination, and HR administration within a dynamic industrial environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee files, HR records, and confidential documentation.
- Coordinate employee training activities and maintain training, certification, and onboarding records.
- Support HR administration through document preparation, data entry, and records management.
- Assist with HR programs and departmental initiatives as required.
- Assist with HR compliance requirements, employee file audits, and documentation tracking.
- Support health and safety administration, including training coordination, certification tracking, and record maintenance.
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources and Health & Safety department as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of human resources practices, recruitment processes,
and employment legislation.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices and legislation is considered an asset.

· Be new entrants to the workforce, transitioning to a new career, or unemployed/underemployed and entering a new field
· Not have previously participated in a NOHFC-funded internship
· Be at least 18 years of age
· Reside in Canada and be legally entitled to work in Canada
