We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our team at our Costco booth in Port Coquitlam.

The Role
As a Junior Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact between Northwind Heating and Costco members.
Your job is simple: start conversations, identify customers who may be interested in our heating and home-comfort services, and provide those quality leads to our sales team.
You will not be responsible for scheduling appointments or closing the sale. Once you've identified a qualified lead, you will pass the information back to our sales team, who will take care of the next steps.
Responsibilities
- Approach and engage Costco members in a friendly and qualified manner
- Start conversations and create interest in Northwind Heating's services
- Ask questions to determine whether a customer may be a good potential lead
- Educate customers on our products and services
- Identify and collect quality leads
- Report qualified leads directly back to the sales team
- Represent Northwind Heating Ltd. professionally at the Costco booth
- Maintain a positive, energetic,
and approachable presence
- Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals
