We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Pastry Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing a variety of baked goods, desserts, and pastries according to established recipes and standards

- Support the food preparation process by measuring, mixing, and assembling ingredients

- Ensure all baked items are produced efficiently while maintaining high quality and presentation standards

- Handle food safely by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures

- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and tools in compliance with health and safety regulations

- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and customer expectations





Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant or bakery setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate

- Knowledge of baking techniques is a plus

- Basic understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards

- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward team members

- Kitchen experience within the food industry is desirable but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential

- Flexible schedule with availability to work 3–5 days per week, including weekends

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
