Join Our Team as a Hybrid Caretaker!We are seeking a dependable and professional Hybrid Caretaker to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will provide a combination ofcaretaker and janitorial services, handyman duties, and building maintenance responsibilities, while responding promptly to client needs and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesSite Maintenance:Manage and supervise the site. Monitor and maintain the garbage and recycling rooms. Coordinate and supervise annual and seasonal building services and inspections.Access & Security:Handle fob and enterphone programming.Administrative Duties:Collect funds as directed, post notices, send emails, and submit caretaker reports.Property Manager Relations:Maintain consistent communication with the property manager to ensure the building is secure, well-maintained, and operating smoothly. Conduct chemical checks for the hot tub (training will be provided).Tenant Relations & Management:Respond promptly to tenant questions and requests. Report any concerning issues with tenants or residents to the property manager.Exterior Grounds:Pick up litter around the entire exterior areas of the building, including sidewalks, courtyards,



and driveway ramps.Floor Care:Sweep and damp mop hard surface floors using a neutral cleaner.Entrance / Lobby / Common Areas:Clean door frames, disinfect door handles, polish entry code panels, and vacuum walk‑off mats.RequirementsStrong administrative skillsFlexibility, availability, and the ability to address requests promptlyJanitorial experience is an assetProven experience in janitorial, caretaker, or related fieldsAbility to multitask and handle high‑pressure situationsStrong problem‑solving and organizational skillsProficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, etc.)Job Type:Full‑time, Tuesday – SaturdayShift Timings:9:00 am – 5:00 pmSalary:$22 per hourStarting date:June, 2026Preferred Experience:Building Manager / Janitorial / HandymanLocation:Maple RidgeWhy Work at Cleantech?Join a team that values your growth, rewards your hard work, and invests in your future.
