We're looking for a ROCKSTAR Account Manager to join our team.

One of the biggest problems we're trying to tackle:

How do we ensure that customers with different personas succeed after signing up for EmailBison? For example, an executive buys the product, but their team in the Philippines might be the one running the product day to day.

The main responsibilities include

1. New user onboarding and basic training
2. Relationship building with existing accounts
3. Creating practical guides to empower customer onboarding
4. Working closely with the customer success / engineering teams, and advocating on behalf of your key customers

Must have skills:
1. High IQ
2. High EQ
3. Technical (mandatory in the age of AI)
4. Can grasp SaaS products and offerings fairly quickly

Nice to have skills:
1. Experience in a similar role before (not a requirement, you just need to be smart)
2.



Some knowledge of email deliverability (not a requirement, we can teach you)
3. Knowledge of APIs, MCPs, LLMs, Claude Code, Codex, etc.
4. GTM knowledge

Salary: $50 to 70k CAD. Depends on your experience and how good you are. You can level up fairly quickly.

Non-negotiables:

Must be able to legally work in Canada (Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred). We are not hiring outside of Canada.
