Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation during the service time, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and basic cooking tasks to support chefs
- Maintain high standards of food handling, safety, and hygiene throughout all kitchen activities
- Serve food efficiently and courteously to customers or dining areas, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Support meal preparation by organizing ingredients, utensils, and equipment for daily service
- Follow established food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations




- Clean workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment regularly to uphold cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with knowledge of food handling procedures
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with serving protocols and customer service excellence in the food industry
- Knowledge of kitchen safety practices and hygiene standards essential for maintaining a safe working setting
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards supporting kitchen staff
- Basic understanding of food industry regulations and best practices for sanitation
- Asian food or thai food knowledge is a plus

Pay: $16.60-$17.00 per hour
