Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper to join our busy restaurant team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a strong understanding of food safety standards.

Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced culinary setting.

Responsibilities

- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Keep dishwashing area clean and organized
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant
- Take out garbage and recycling
- Assist with basic food preparation when needed
- Restock supplies
- Support kitchen staff during busy periods
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs)
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but training will be provided

Experience





- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory
