Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness standards are met.

- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, work surfaces, and storage spaces to uphold food safety regulations.
- Support the food service team by restocking supplies and ensuring all items are stored correctly.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health standards.
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling protocols are followed within the kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Knowledge of basic food safety practices and handling procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy loads or moving equipment.
