Are you an experienced kitchen professional who enjoys taking the lead and keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a reliable, motivated, and hands-on Shift Leader with strong leadership skills to oversee our kitchen team during busy shifts.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and support the kitchen team during your shift.

- Keep the kitchen organized and ensure smooth, efficient service.

- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion standards are consistently met.

- Delegate tasks and manage the team’s workflow.

- Maintain excellent food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.

- Train, coach, and support recent and existing team members.

- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs.

- Handle day-to-day shift issues and communicate effectively with management.

- Complete opening and closing duties as required.

- Lead by example and create a positive, respectful team environment.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a kitchen or restaurant environment.

- Previous kitchen or food-service experience.

- Basic Food Handler's Certificate

- First Aid Training is beneficial

- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to stay calm, focused, and organized in a fast-paced kitchen.





- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety.

- Comfortable using everyday technology, including computers, tablets, POS systems, email, scheduling systems, and other digital tools.

- Food Handler certification is an asset.

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- A positive attitude and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
