Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team. Duties
- Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high-quality standards
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and conducting interviews to build a robust team
- Oversee food handling procedures and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs effectively
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling accurately
- Enforce cleanliness, sanitation,
and safety protocols across the kitchen area
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality environments
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams in fast-paced settings
- Expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS and cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally
