Job Overview

We are a landscape company who specializes in hedge/ tree trimming. We are seeking a dedicated and organized laborer to help ensure operation run smoothly on our landscaping sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. This role is essential in maintaining communication between staff and clients while providing exceptional customer support.

Duties

-lay tarps under/around areas to be trimmed

-operate blowers

-alert trimmer to any hazards or things that need addressing

-communicate with trimmer on work matters: where to start, how to efficiently work through the yard, hazards, things to avoid etc…

-both lead and follow the trimmer (setting up Infront of them and cleaning behind them)

-tool maintenance/ cleanliness

-truck organization/ cleanliness

-tally list of equipment that needs to be replaced/maintained

-buying/ delivering tools to be maintained





-help trimmer move ladders

-interact with customers

-loading trailer efficiently

-ensure tailgate meetings are conducted

-give “eyes” to trimmer (assistance on letting them know they are on the right track w/ their trimming)

-ladder set up if trimmer is busy

Qualifications

- Valid Drivers License (must have)
- Physically fit
- Good Communication skills
- Eye for detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a quick-paced environment.
